Return & Refund Policy — Giriwala Nut House

At Giriwala Nut House Pvt. Ltd., we take great pride in the quality of our premium dry fruits, nuts, seeds and food products. Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of food products, we follow the policy outlined below.
Returns Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date, strictly under the following conditions only:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect item delivered (wrong product or wrong quantity)
- Product is visibly defective or contaminated upon opening
Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.

Our team will review within 2 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds Once approved, we will offer either:
- Replacement of the product at no cost, or
- Store credit equivalent to the product value
Cash refunds processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or consumed products (unless defective)
- Tampered or missing original packaging
- Products not purchased from giriwala.com
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
